Changes happening in the world are affecting skills needed for Canadians in the workforce.

The government also sees this trend so Future Skills encourages innovation, collaboration and transformation. Please watch this video from Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) YouTube channel to learn more about Future Skills. I liked how they brought up the question about how do we provide the experiential learning for the adults to use AI or new technology.
